Our thoughts can be so powerful, and can hold so much power over us.... They lead to the stories that we tell ourselves.... Stories that, if were to let go of, would lead to wonderful freedom and relief.
This quote below showed up this morning in my email, and reminded me briefly of a post i'd written a couple days ago, or was it just yesterday? :P

So, the interpretation may still happen, but you don't take it that seriously anymore.
And then you realize, in any situation, the unhappiness arises out of thought...out of the story that you weave around the simplicity of this moment
